George Lucas considered "Darth Icky" and "Darth Insanius" but scrapped them, and he seriously named villains the blatantly-evil "Darth Devastator", "Darth Maleval" "Darth Nihilist", "Darth Maul", "Darth Tyrannus", "General Grievous", "Darth Ruin", "Darth Bane", and "Darth Plagueis", but he didn't have the balls to create "Darth Rape".
