This had absolutely zero reason being so cool. Why are there no movie adaptions?
this, and spiderman unlimitedboth have great opening themes too
>>220864682I wouldn’t trust Modern Hollywood to be able to adapt this story. Return of the Joker is all you need.
>>220864682Honestly, I almost thought they were setting this up with the ending of TDKR. A rebooted version obviously, but Officer Robin/Gordon Levitt in place of Terry.
>>220864682There was return of the joker which remains one of the best Batman movies.
There's a great fan short movie for it. Too bad Jews didn't pick it up...
>>220864682It has a really great first season and then fell off a cliff.
>>220864682Coolness peaked in the late 90s. Aestheritics, music, everything.
>>220864682If there was an adaptation, they'd turn Terry into some sort of a Miles Morales character. Be grateful they didn't.>Yo, mister Wayne, you grew up rich, you have no idea how hard it is in the streets! Gib me da batsuit
>>220864682We need more movies that are Schway-core.
>>220865250Didn't Terry literally steal the suit?
There's also the cyberpunk spider man, i think you kinda make a good point in that not all supes could do this kind of setting but batman and Spiderman fit pretty well
It was a fucking kino
>>220864682I always found that suit terrifying which is pretty much the point and which the OG Batsuit failed to capture
>>220864682I'd been spoiled with BRUCE for too long, you couldn't just cold turkey me to a TeRrY...I never warmed up to it.
This Batman spinoff had a spinoff of its own in the underrated Zeta Project.
This is probably one of the few DC properties that would suit that Spiderverse/Kpop Demon Hunter animation style. That low FPS gnarled movement could emulate that lazy Susan spinning villain sequence in the Beyond intro.
>>220864682The mouth is impossible
>>220864903>but then we remembered you always had a few spare kids laying around…so we borrowed one.
>>220864682Terry is basically Peter Parker in a cyber batsuit.
