>>220868810if you are young you can go to 100 but if you are over 30 you might want to reconsider doing too many repetitions because the gain is minimal while every repetition increases the strain on your jointsIm starting to get fit too and from what I gathered its ideal to do 8-12 repetitions of whatever you are doing, so increase the weight to a point where your muscles fail in that range doing it twice is enough, combine that with 4-5 other exercises and that way you can have a pretty compact workout that takes like 30 minutes
