>an amazing score combined with nice looking cinematography
that's literally all you need to make a banger

Are you forgetting the tight plotting and the clever one-liners?
Ignore zoomers with low attention spans who claim the plot makes no sense.
I watched it over and over as a child and could follow the plot seamlessly.

It had a very good score and excellent cinematography but was dragged down by the plot so in the end it was just ok

As a zoomer I just finished watching it last week and I was impressed. Best thing I've ever watched ngl. The one liners are definitely a part of why this movie is so good. It also makes the good guy or the hero equally as vulnerable as the others, blondie is forced to walk through the desert, he gets ambushed by Tuco and forced to hang, whereas a lot of tough guy heros in films seem invincible, which makes them so boring. The suspense is also amazing, like the ending scene where he shoots down a struggling Tuco from the noose.
