Skip the tea, contains caffeine, all though alot lower levels of it than energy drinks and diet sodas. And do note for the first month of taking magnesium suppliments, you're gonna have pretty vivid dreams.

If you're a avid caffeine drinker like I used to be (diet pepsi), I figured out I'm addicted to the sensation of something cold going down my throat rather than the drink itself so just get a bottle of water and sip that instead. After a few days your brain wont notice the difference.
