My thought is that Ben Feldman is relentlessly handsome.

The show got quite good after season 1 when it figured out that America Ferrara was the lead.
The series finale was the most blatant wish fulfillment fantasy since the OG Scrubs finale.
The show honestly feels kind of mean-spirited too, especially in the early seasons with Glen and pregnant Cheyenne.
The show also had a very reasonable illegal immigration plotline that was well done.
