AND I CRY SOMETIMES WHEN I’M LYING IN BED
>>
>>220900388
I will not be watching he/him
>>
>Wokeman bombs
AHHHHHHH save me trannies.
>>
>>220900388
>woke signal in the trailers
>Flop
OOPS I DID IT AGAIN
>>
let's resurrect this boys ip but make sure it's lame and gay
>>
The trailer should have had What’s Up in it. It’s an old meme but kind of an eternal classic. It would have helped more than the pronoun joke
>>
What's the cope going to be?
>80s nostalgia is dead and why it flopped
>No one wanted more He-man
>Kevin Smith floundered the TV show reboot and killed interest in the IP
>Chuds are racist
>>
>>220900589
white men are box office poison
>>
>>220900388
>Pronouns in title of the movie
>Flops
No shit.
>>
>>220900589
The cope is that no one gives a shit about He-Man. Zoomers have no idea who he is. Millenials either have no idea who he is or think he's lame. Gen X only cared about him when they were kids and don't give a shit nostalgiabait. Boomers see him as kid slop.
>>
>>220900589
I mean the first 2 are correct. No kid knows who He-Man is and nostalgia reboots are going out of fashion. This movie would've made money 10 years ago.
>>

All they had to do was change the "He/Him" card to "He/Man" and the joke would have landed. Instead all they did was piss off chuds, who probably weren't gonna watch it anyway, but them being labeled as woke shit certainly didn't help. It was such an easy joke too and they completely fumbled it.

I remember playing with the toys when I was a kid, but barely remember watching the show. It's kind of funny because I remember stuff like Thundercats and Silverhawks more because reruns were shown for yeasr though the 90s, but I don't recall He-man ever getting rerun so extensively.

My gosh the movie isn't even out yet. I am going to see it in theaters- maybe not this weekend, but eventually. The movie will do fine.
