Guys how does a detail like this go over pur heads? We focus so much on "ring" being a circle but it's he a verb to describe the noise a phone makes. The japanese name is Katagana for "Ring" and in the second novel a character solves a cipher that spells "RING" and discovers its both a noun for a circle AND a verb for the phone.

The title of the movie was refering to the phone. How does a detail this obvious go over everyones head?
