But a sinister influence corrupts it.He enters the "behind the scenes" dimension where he can then enter other "tv realities".The one where Dougie existed for a while is like a dramedy reality with an overall jokey tone, but sinister elements crept in there as well.Then the final one is like a serious "realistic" crime drama.Entities that exist in the "behind the scenes" dimension can enter these "tv realities" and start changing them, sort of how producers or whatever can alter how a show plays out and change the tone. The original soap dimension gets slowly altered into a sinister one, basically Judy's influence turned a soap into a horror show.There's no real point to any of this, but I feel like Lynch was just exploring ideas and approaches that play with these concepts overall with no particular end game in mind.
