Die Antwoord were way more interesting and entertaining than any of the scenes with Dev Patel, overall not that great of a movie, some enjoyable parts. Hugh Jackman and Signorney Weaver felt wasted in this movie

>>220933740It had a good concept and overall the premise was enjoyable and the overarching story pleasant and thematically well put together. Execution wise though, I found the inclusion of Die Antwood as unnecessary and obnoxious, I found a few of the more particular plot elements poorly explained or thought out. The conclusion especially. It certainly wasn't a Robocop copy of any sort, it steers in a completely different direction in its plot. The only real comparison I can make is in the superficial design of one of the robots and the fact that Human-robot hybrids are tangentially touched on. Other than that I can't see any similarities.
