Not a bad movie, it's leagues above most, but the basic repeated theme is the director feels insecure about being rich and respected. No amount of apologizing is going to change the relationship between us poor saps watching and the guy writer-directoring a mega million dollar production, so it just kind of fails to hit with any force.
