Good C movies are typically films with great pacing and everything else is mediocre or bad. If the pacing is bad then you are suffering through something for too long and it lowers the score below a C. Some of my favorite movies with great pacing and not much else going for them.>The Core>Grandma's Boy>Bloodsport >Dazed and Confused >Rising SunB movies are usually good across the board but really don't have anything special to elevate them or have some key ingredient missing.
