How come Hollywood isn't putting efforts to fight body dysmorphia within its ranks?
>>
The higher priority is selling movies and shows by putting attractive people in them. Being a successful actress has a lot to do with being attractive, some of them getting body dysphoria is a side effect of that.
You can't fight it in porn either, unless somehow the whole system decided it doesn't matter how hot the girls are, which would defeat the whole point

>Who is telling these women to bog their faces?
The smart phone and social media are the two biggest culprits with women not realising that the short focal length of selfie camera distorts their faces.
