My problem with Rome is that they got the Ceasar completely wrong. Not only the looks, but also the character. Instead of a charming, generous, machiavellian character they wrote prince Wellington wearing Roman armour. I still appreciate the show but can't love it seeing this dumb shit. And they did for literally no reason, just Brits being brain damaged I guess. I wish Italians did something Like Mussolini Son of the Century but about Ceasar
