When will we get a movie that finally does it justice to the scientific community?

The holy trifecta of reddit complaints
>this is not historically accurate
>this is not scientifically accurate
>this is not faithful to the original book

It's not real either way.

Wouldn't the tiny arms be kind of similar to how an ostrich or emu looks without feathers? Anyway it's all just guess work I say make them as much like dragons as possible
>>
Why are (((scientists))) so intent on ruining the image of dinosaurs?
Is it just because boys like them?
>>
T Rex were not actually giant. They were tiny little birds. But due to the continual expansion of the universe, the fossils expanded, too.
>>
>>220978115
You *will* fear the giant sparrow, chud!
>>
>>220978115
Why is that T-rex eating that other T-rex like a pigeon?
>>
>>220978115
The Tyranosaurus did not have feathers this is a pop sci myth. Only some dinosaurs had feathers, not all of them.

Just admit you don't care about dinosaurs then, you just care about, essentially, pretending dragons were real.

>>220978273
you may not like it but this is the most scientifically accurate trex ever

I get that the understanding always changes, but it's getting to a point where SCIENCE FICTION needs to be re-iterated when this shit is brought up. I don't wanna see Jurassic Park 10: Mega Chicken. Ostriches are real, I don't need a SCIENCE FICTION movie about them.
>>
>>220978273
I don't trust any scientist that says anything other than this. Any "scientist" who doesn't posit a fully feathered, poofy, and bird-like Trex is a fucking coward too anchored to the past notions

We know it’s not like that because of the skin anon
We also literally have birds that are closer to dinosaurs, the emu and cassowary
The feathers would’ve looked like that but more sparse
>>
>>220978323
That last one is basically an emu bird. Those still exist. Dinosaurs didn't go extinct, at all.

I would prefer to watch a film featuring extremely foolish and impertinent speech from a creature, speech which is so obscenely stupid that another creature, alarmed upon hearing the contemptibly idiotic bleatings of the first, is moved to apply sufficient pressure with its sharp opposible digits to the neck of the offending creature so as to cause it collapse, thus satisfying the ends of poetic justice.
>>
>>220978472
Dinosaurs were "cool" because they were like aliens, except that these aliens lived on Earth a long time ago.
>>
>>220978115
I don’t think they were real
>>
>>220978370
That raptor is basically a cassowary. They actually exist.
>>
>>220978587
I had a teacher tell me once that he believed that the Earth was only 4000 years old, and that God put dinosaur fossils in the ground in order to "test our faith". I didn't know how to respond, so I just didn't say anything at all.
>>
>>220978654
It's hard to argue with retards. That's why we practice every day on 4chan
>>
>>220978370
This is cool as hell
>>
>>220978317
We don't know whether trex had feathers, but we do know some smaller but still multi-tonne theropods had feathers. So it's actually most likely trex had feathers as well. But it wouldn't really have been bird feathers, more like some kinda bristles and they might not have had full feather coverage.

With that information you could make a really cool-looking trex, there's no need to seethe about the fact the emaciated lizard trex of your childhood isn't canon.

Is practice even the right word when nobody is getting better?

>When will we get a movie that finally does it justice to the scientific community?
You're not. The perception in Hollywood is that mainstream movies featuring Dinosaurs is a domain solely reserved for the Jurassic Park/World franchise and said franchise has a continuity to maintain and an in-universe explanation of why the dinosaurs look the way they do.

As per the image:
As for T-Rex, it likely was like the giant animals of today; mostly hairless/featherless due to volume and how it relates to heat-retention. Any "cooing" being a fairly loud, very deep rumble that can be FELT from a great distance rather than being the stupid roars in the JP/JW movies. For any T-Rex to encounter problems with scavenging would stem from encounters of OTHER T-Rex's since no other animal in North America would be able to compete with it.

Those so called 'E-scientists' in that image are ridiculously stupid, naive and not well-versed in the natural world. Very low IQ and lacking knowledge for proper context and explanations.

>>220978235
Lol saw a yt video yesterday explaining why they had such small arms. Boils down to the fact that they went after large prey and primarily used the mouths to take them down, arms would just get I the way.
Other predator dinosaurs totally unrelated to t rex, sometimes 10 of millions of years apart in time who used the same hunting strategy also had small arms

Also pic related is what's currently considered to be the most accurate T-Rex depiction there is.
>>
>>220978115
It's all soishit based on fake fossils promioted by Chineses. T-Rex was big and reptilian. the feathers on dinosaures are either fake or exaggerated.

It's supposed to appeal for masses of retarded audience who understood no fucking shit and watched JP. Ancestors of birds were not big theropods dinosaurs but early small ones, it make no sense having feathers on species who are not even ancestral to birds but simply distant cousins. But normies will never understand it. They are forcing shitty memes like velociraptors being ancestors of chickens or some other retarded innacurate shit.

You believe all of this slops because retarded paleo-artists love drawing gay feathered dinosaurs instead of actual ones like in the 90's.

Open your mind, every feathered dinosaurs were discovered by the same man and Microraptor was a total fake. It became real after the original scam because chineses put money for this prestige propaganda and paleontologists are poorfags.
>>
>>220978383
And a main theme in Jurassic Park is that they're not real dinosaurs, they're genetically engineered abominations created by scientists playing God.
>>
>>220978878
No cure for retardation
>>
>>220978654
most of the human fossils are fake, dinos are probably a grand fanfiction with "science seal of approval"
>>
I'm convinced it's one anon constantly spamming these threads in order to undermine the scientific community

>>
>>220978370
first shot is actually even even more terrifying. the next shots where we actually see their full bodies tho...
>>
>>220978250
because Dinosaurs are fake and gay which means that jews write the lore for it and its not something that people actually discover.
so with everything the jew will ruin the lore by adding really stupid shit it.
they do this with movies, with videogames, with psyops.
jewish writers are just retarded, simple as.
>>
>>220978115
dont we have several complete t-rex fossils? why is it so hard to make a scientifically accurate t-rex?

Go out and watch chickens. They are 100% dinosaurs, the behavior is uncanny. I can literally see the jurassic in them.
>>
I would pay hundreds of dollars to see a fistfight between the guy who keeps making this thread and the guy who keeps making the "I want a book-accurate Jurassic Park movie" thread. I want to see who has the stronger autistic tardrage.
I think Jurassic Park anon would win because he has the spirit of Cool Dinosaurs in his heart, while this OP has the spirit of Gay Dinosaurs. But it could go either way.

I take solace in the fact that I would never be so desperate for attention that I would create the same threads and use the exact same ragebait images to bump my own threads. I don't even think he likes or hates dinosaurs, it's just something that constantly gets replies so he keeps doing it.

Look at this thread or any other thread like it. There will be multiple autists making schizoposts about dinosaurs being "feminized" or feathers being "gay."
>>
>>220981231
What you're saying is true, but I still participate in these threads all the time. Shit-flinging about dinosaurs, even though it's a constant rehash, is better than the 10 millionth slop thread about Euphoria or The Boys or Stranger Things or whatever.

I'd rather contribute nothing than post rehashed images expecting to get (You)s. A few years back I did make relevant dinosaur webms and posts but it's clear nowadays that dinosaur discussions on /tv/ are just autism central, and not even the good kind of autism.

Orthogenesis, the idea that evolution works in a straight line with a set end point.
If applied to other species, this would be like a scientist in the far future claiming Crocodilians had flippers and smooth skin

Anyone who's spent time around chickens knows a T-Rex sized chicken would fuck up anything on land.

There is a small autistic community of researchers desperately trying to find feathers on the t-rex. It only gets funnier with time.
