Double Team with Dennis Rodman is underrated.

Best is probably Hard Target because it is directed by John Woo who is one of the all time best action directors.

Universal Soldier is also potentially the best.

The movie JCVD. This makes everything after it extremely disappointing, it showed what a top grade actor he is and then he followed it up with the usual dtv slop, but this time he looks a bit sad. Even then there are some exceptions, his first two movies with Ernie Barbarash are great (for their budget), the two direct to dvd Universal Soldier movies mog Roland Emmerichs film (with Uni 4 probably being the best action horror hybrid movie ever made) and The Bouncer from 2018 was a decent character drama, which I assumed he would do more of, he is now at an age where he easily can do these primarily, he is obviously a far superior actor in his native French than when he acts in English, Christopher Lambert made a similar transition with only acting in French speaking movies the last couple of years.
