Why are the female characters the only ones that take action and make the decisions?

Just like real life

The office environment has always been run by females. See also Mad Men.

kek I know a dude who started his own law firm and he has 3 female senior partners who tell him and the rest of the employees what to do. I even joked about it once and he said he didn't want to bother thinking about how to run the firm, it's just easier to let them do everything.

In season 2, yeah. Season 1 had Mark and the other guys taking the initiative plenty of times.
Just another reason season 2 sucks ass
>>
S1 - Helly is that way because she subconsciously knows kier lumon is bullshit

S2 - Female characters take a bit of a backseat
>>
When's the new season? Was this cancelled?

Who cares this show is garbage

But they aren't?
The entire last episode happens because Mark wants Mark in the office asap.
You good, chuddie?
