>>220983164I boughted it used and no, I have never used a GayStation to play movies. I tried my Marx Brothers DVDs on Wii just for fun. Apparantley Tales from the Crypt season 1 is on the list of defect discs form Warner Bros from 2009.

>>220983244No. Game consoles just suck for playing movies. A dedicated disc player has a dedicated chip for handling video data and compression. Especially 4k discs on PS5/Series X do not look or sound as good as they would on a dedicated player. Cus the hardware in consoles is designed for generating polygons and executing code, not really for video black.

I think you can take a pic of your defective sets and contact the home video site and they'll *try* to reimburse you with a digital code or physical copy of its still in print.
