I'm really into racist movies, did this one not have much racing in it or something?

I really enjoyed this one. I'm a sucker for unlikely friendship stories, both leads were great (Viggo should have gotten an oscar too) and it didn't feel anywhere near as political as you'd think. I remember it even made lefties seethe for some reason. I guess a person overcoming his racism is bad after all.
