>>220990053There are a million different ways to make chili. Every grown man should have THEIR chili recipe that should be 95% your dads with 5% of how you want to modify it. I'm a chili with beans kinda guy. I also roast my pepper and tomato myself, throw in a healthy bit of garlic, a shitload of cumin and some paprika. Also, protip for whenever you're using ground beef. Use 2 parts gound beef, and 1 part ground pork. Then stew that shit low and slow until you can stand a spoon in it.Put a bit of cilantro or a leaf of basil in the bowl when you serve, and bring a mile high stack of saltines. Make a big ass crock-pot full of chili. Anything you can't eat in a day or two just put in the freezer. You can eat it plain, put it over some noodles, a baked potato, also chili dogs.
