All I remember is the girl losing her glasses and the only effect it had was making her better looking for the rest of the movie. She then no longer apparently needed glasses. That and the theme tune for the "show within a show".The SNES game was suprisingly great. I had it and actually had no idea it was based on the film (had the Japanese version with this box art).
