I am currently having my past-midlife crisis. I've been going through all the "greats" of the 00s (not including actual greats like The Wire, which I rewatch regularly)>LostGenuinely unwatchable as is, so much worthless slopopera "character drama" that only exists to fill in the void in between the few episodes that had some effort put into the writing. It has the most (as in the biggest amount of) memorable episodes, but the way that grifters and "people" 20+ years younger than me try to whitewash all its sins and pretend it's "ayo still a banger" makes me sick.>Prison BreakCould've been decent as a 6 episode British style TV show. I forgot how much time wasting slop there was in season 1 alone. Robert Knepper was the only one who had good moments.>HeroesI had this on my list but... I just couldn't. Had to skip this one. In a world still semi-dominated by superhero slop, I can tell that I would just regret all the time I wasted on this crap back in the day. However, there is one ultra memorable scene that I will never forget and it is only from the fansubs from my native language. A line so mistranslated it was legendary. Some thot who played Hayden Panettiere's mom: "Get the hell out of here!"Fansubs: "You had better go start hell outside of my house!">CarnivaleRewatching right now. I remember there being an odd amount of cookery, so I wonder how it will hold up against a modern post-"letting your wife have sex with other men is bad" era world.
>>220990206People like you are why tv shows are all just movies chopped up into 6 episode "seasons" instead of being real shows anymore.
Lost is kino for 2 seasonsPrison Break could’ve been a 13 episode miniseries Carnivale was slop that could’ve been good

heroes is a show for cripples and retards to enjoy their little power fantasies.
