It's sad what modern marketing campaigns and hyperpalatable food have done to people.In the middle ages she might have been plump but nothing like this.
I realised I was too fat when I couldn't reach my own feet to tie my shoelaces. My options were to suffer the indignity of asking for assistance in this basic task that toddlers can master, or lose some weight. Not to begrudge anyone who chooses the former, but I'd like to know how they stamach it, pardon the pun
