You lied to me. I just watched Joker: Folie à Deux for the first time and it was good. I missed the hype discussion because you convinced me the whole movie was a shitty musical. The movie is 2+ hours and has like 10 min of total singing which also makes sense because we get to see whats going on in his head. Also the real joker in that universe revealed in the end makes the ending better. Joaquin phoenix was never the joker he only gave birth to the idea. Arthur was too much of a uneducated loner pussy to become the villain we know
I liked it, it was okay.It depicts a troubled man, a broken man.The thing is, that is not the story anyone wanted to see with the Joker character.It be like making a movie about kratos being a softy virgin. One that gets bullied and ass raped by fat guards of odin.Even if you made it so well it wins an oscars. absolutely no one wants to see that shit
