It does get a little too meta, but I like the things it does different and moving the world forward at the same time. Like the idea that everyone in the Matrix has handlers that keep them in a constant state of subliminal anxiety and the Swarm mode was really fun. Like sure the fights could've been better and Smith should've been played by Hugo Weaving at some point, but it's a more satisfying conclusion than Revolutions was.
