Anyone that is incapable of acknowledging that not requiring an ID and not requiring a person be on site to cast a vote leaves the system open to easy fraudulent cast ballots is a disingenuous faggot whose opinions on any subject can be immediately disregarded. The system has obfuscated the trail of evidence that would be required to prove fraud occurred, then claims because there's no documentation of who actually cast the vote that fraud cannot be proven.

Yeah it’s so easy to falsify ballots when you need to know whether or not the person ie registered, you need to steal their ballot and fill it yourself, you need to be able to falsify their signatures and be sure it’s an exact match to the one in file. Let alone do it on a scale where that process has to be done thousands, if not millions of times. And then you have to hope none of the people go vote in person. God it’s so easy!

>>221026231
Kek. Good summation. What you’re pointing out, consciously or mot, is the end result of our decaying education system. These retards don’t understand the system any better than they understand basic math. And that’s precisely how their masters want it. Unfortunately, it also makes them easy prey for outside provocateurs to undermine their trust in the very foundations of the systems they unknowingly rely on.

That being said, I want someone to actually give voice to the more subtle “rigging” that having a significant portion of your country’s population here illegally makes possible. It’s not at the ballot box, but rather in the House of Representatives. Seats in the House are allocated based on the census, and the census doesn’t care whether you’re a voting citizen or not. When areas are allowed to turn a blind eye to the immigration status of their constituents, to serve as “sanctuaries,” it skews the allocation of seats. It’s equally unfair to citizens and non-citizens alike, for the former in terms of elections, for the latter in terms of having no voice in government. In short, we need an actual fix for the immigration/naturalization issues we have instead of both sides using it against the other.
>>
>>221026231

>>
>>221026386

>how?
>they just are ok!
How do you people keep saying random shit and trying to sell it as true?
>>
>>221026388
I have a problem with them being de facto second-class “citizens,” mainly. It’s practically slave labor. For a country founded on principles like “All men are created equal,” it doesn’t sit well with me that it’s so difficult, timely, and expensive just to become “legal.” “They’re not sending their best,” he says, but regardless of whether that’s true, they're definitely sending people that help keep our produce cheap while getting shit on by people who’ve never done an honest day’s work in their lives.

You can just print multiple ballots.

You can see the video where they tracked down 26 registered names to an empty lot.

>and fill it yourself

This is easy.

>you need to be able to falsify their signatures.

This depends if they have the signature on file (sometimes they don't). And if they actually enforce strict signature analysis. The ballot counter could literally say "eh good enough" and certify the ballot. Yes that's how it works.

Voter ID's are a good concept if they are provided easily and cheaply without discrimination to all US citizens
the problem is that the US is socially and politically incapable of having a system like that due to their bi-partisan hellhole of a system that rewards bending the law more than following it

In practice a voter ID system would be abused because the US is the world's largest banana republic, it would be made expensive to get one, annoying to get one, they'd probably do a thing where it had to be renewed a month before elections happen so people working 3 jobs don't have time to do it all as a way to disenfranchise people
and then the opposite side would strike back with heavy subsidies to give free ID's to poorest people and move ID dropoff points to ghettos while making it even more expensive for (upper-) middle class

This would thing would turn into yet another gerrymandering-esque battleground of sheer hypocrisy because the US is not a serious place

there are plenty things other countries can do the US fails at
like say, not allowing billionaires and foreign nations to outright buy elections (RIP Massie) or by allowing more than 2 political parties functionally

Or you know the fact that gerrymandering is an utterly insane concept that's unique to the US and the US alone and is the biggest symptom imaginable of an underlying culture of subverting any and all election processes in favor of the ruling party
The simple fact is, if the US can't handle redistricting without third-world levels of corruption, it can't handle voter ID without doing the same

>Then the fraud should be easy to prove, shouldn't it? Because the number of ballots mailed/distributed/counted would radically outnumber the totals on the voter rolls - radically. I’ll wait patiently for the proof. I’m sure it’s coming any day now.

The argument isn’t always that there are "extra ballots". It’s that the ballots themselves may not represent legitimate real voters. So pointing only to total ballot counts versus registration numbers wouldn’t automatically disprove fraud.

For example:

1. inactive registrations (e.g. someome moved out of state but their name is kept active in the system)

2. duplicate registrations

3. harvested ballots

4. forged signatures

5. or insider control over counting (telling counters to not question signatures)

Then the vote totals could still match the registered voter rolls on paper.

The only way to counter this deep level of fraud and vulnerability is with Voter ID, limiting mail in ballots, and requiring vote counting to be done within 24 hours.

These 3 things eliminate any potential room for abuse.

However sofar the only real proof of voter fraud that's come out has been, in a fit of irony, from red states with multiple videos of ballot boxes being manipulated and outright stole and replaced in those states
>>

>>221027162
>>221027206
The Constitution doesn’t work like that, especially when it comes to states. It’s not built around what a government can do with your rights but rather what it can't. It’s explicit you can't prevent voting based on being less than 18, sex, color or with a poll tax. There's technically nothing stopping a photo requirement or that your name can't be Taylor. I still wouldn’t advocate for requiring an ID given Republican perfidy in being fair about it, but you’ve got a bad argument.

If there's no voter fraud, why fight voter id? Everyone wins with voter id. Are you afraid that blacks won't vote if they have to get an id?
>>
>>221027017
>Have they said they won't allow any auditing?
Yes.

Although a higher court COULD step in and force California to legally comply. We're still in the "wait and see" phase. California has to finish counting.

If enough attention is drawn to this issue, then the courts sometimes are willing to step in. The courts historically do not like when the public seriously questions the legitimacy of the system itself.

This is probably the first time in history where the nation is paying attention to a local election with most of social media discussing it. *IF* there is fraud going on, then California may not be able to get away with it like in the past. There are simply too many eyeballs.

Or if they do get away with any potential fraud, they may unintentionally cause a situation where support for the Save Act surges. Everyone will point to California as the reason Voter ID needs to be passed

It couldn’t be more obvious reason why you shouldn’t be able to just suddenly redraw voting maps but republicans just did it anyway and publicly kept saying it’s not a big deal you’re changing where people are allowed to vote in the middle of election simply because right wing SCOTUS decided to allow racist gerrymandering again to help republicans in red states disfranchise black people

>I’ll go one further - why isn’t he arresting anyone if his evidence is such hot shit?
Legally?

Because the Courts require more than just evidence of fraud. They require several things to move forward. The requirements are EXTREMELY high.

The courts require the following:

1. Direct evidence of fraud.

2. Direct unbroken chain of evidence linking to the people responsible who authorized the fraud.

3. Direct evidence of how this affected the election results.

4. Witnesses of the fraud willing to testify

1 and 3 are possible. But 2 and 4 are nearly impossible. Especially finding witnesses willing to testify.

The requirements for the courts are so high.... that it's easier to just to pass new Federal Laws (like Voter ID) to patch any vulnerabilities in the system.

that said there's also another outcome and one that is frankly even more realistic
that the auditing will itself be rife with fraud, more fraud than present in the election
DOGE proves that the current federal administration is willing to actively weaponize fraud against it's own institutions to undermine them at the behest of third-parties and the sitting President has an active disdain for rule of law if it opposes him (count number of illegal actions taken by the president vs the governor of California since January 2025)

The auditing process should be handled by actual third parties, preferably with foreign observers

You really believe they would take the time to find that one supposed duplicate ballots?

California election at this point in time would never know what is the total ballots (# of vote casted+ voted not casted) because they intensionally diluted the number and it would be next to impossible to prove fraud just by recount- they don't even have a correct number supposed to act as benchmark.

That way they know about it and the seeds are planted

So you have a shit ton of people trying to fuck it up but actually are useful idiots spreading the idea of democracy. The interference principle works both ways. Hundreds of millions now know our constitution.

You get the game now. Actual Americans then take the good ideas, while the foreigners keep learning about democracy to try to larp. Eventually they see our system sucks but it’s better than their fascist bullshit over decades and we break them. Over and over again for 250 years it’s been the same game. All we have to do is let foreigners learn about the system and debate us. All those foreign trolls have the seeds of a democratic revolution in their heads.

These are public record. There are multiple websites that allow you to enter information about a person to check their voter registration status.

Addresses are public record and a vast majority of mail boxes are not secured in any way. The basic lock required by the USPS for apartment boxes can be picked in under 2 seconds with very little effort.

Wrong. You can sign that shit however you want. They don't even validate it.

Also you don't even need to do any of the above steps. If you know the format you can print a mass number of ballots, fill them out, and mail them out yourself without having to steal anything. You can get the names and addresses of registered voters online and forge the entire thing without the real person even knowing that there was a vote case in their name.

I get the feeling most of the posters in this thread aren't American. They just post some troll comments, have poor grammar, and then refuse to actually respond to legitimate comments that explain their complaints.

I'm guessing India or China users. Why can't you stay on your own Internet?

starting from scratch from a jurisdiction several clearances up (federal to state to county to voting district), with an initial investigation + follow ups, interviews, subpoenas, grand juries, and court hearings, that sounds fast
I think that the average us trial time is 2 years so they're ahead
meanwhile California can't do what other states do in 1 day with more accuracy

Never respond being serious. It’s a honey pot. Int, pol, same shit, they don’t want to get actual jobs and are trying for blackmail or arrests or money for putting people on lists.

Biden wasted time trying to be bipartisan and get republicans to get anything passed. And turned out that yeah, republicans don’t want to work together in anything, especially to help the American people. Democrats love trying to be centrist, follow precedent and rules and offer fig leaves across the aisle. Republicans meanwhile just say fuck you, make up rules and then ignore when it suits them and just do tax cuts and massively increase military spending.
>>
>>221030431
Thanks for proving me correct.

A lot of election laws were relaxed due to COVID, mainly restrictions on mail-in voting. Those laws were back in place for the 2024 election.
Hmmm, maybe mail-in voting isn't robust against fraud? Hmmmm maybe Democrats took advantage of those relaxations in the 2020 election to cast millions of fraudulent votes. Hmmmm maybe Democrats weren't able to do that in 2024 because mail-in voting restrictions were back in place?

I don't know, just a thought, my dear tranny.

The judges refused to hear the cases without looking at any of the evidence. That's not losing in court. That's corruption.

There wasn't any evidence. All of it was made up by Sidney Powell and Rudy Guiliani.

>he doesn't know about the Wtiness signatures
Bruh, you can literally have a 'witness' sign your mail-in ballot and nobody does anything to verify the witness signature. That's counted as a completely legal vote, and nobody even questions it and California doesn't track how many ballots have 'witness' signatures.
>>
>>221030774
Mail-in voting has historically benefited republicans more than democrats. It was only after Trump that suddenly you had to start mail-in voting and pretend it was rampant with fraud (which they can never prove).
>>
>>221031099
You didn't address a single one of my points. Thanks for the concession, tranny.
