I went to the doctor this afternoon. I may have to have spinal surgery. I kept asking the doctor questions, and he just said I didn't do anything wrong. It's just age.That's how it happens. It took 2 years, but never needed surgery or meds, and now I'm back to normal, kinda like it never even happened. I think the only reason I healed so well is because I've never consumed alcohol or used drugs, and I eat a plant-based diet, and I have for most of my life. I'm only 13 years younger than you, so I'll remember your post when I'm 50 and see how I stack up.
