Not gonna read any posts because I just started watching this show, I'm 3 episodes in so far and I'm loving it. I like that the show is willing to do these intense tonal shifts, where it is scary when it needs to be scary but then it comes back down and is funny again. I also like that it doesn't feel like a pastiche of any one specific decade, it's not doing the Netflix 80s thing, it doesn't feel like its trying to be a Stephen King movie despite the obvious parallels. I also think the cast is great, never seen the lead actor in anything before but really liking him
