literally me the movie
>>221122916It's great.
how do you avoid becoming beau
>>221123122Get a job and leave your parents as soon as possible.
why done did his dad be turned unto that in attic??! i dont get it
>>221123288His dad was a literally who and his only purpose on Beau's life was impregnating his mom. That's why he's a penis.
This movie sneak peak was insane.
>>221123122Don't be a jew.
>>221123201I can...still.... do it
>>221123201beau already lived alone though. his mother still had power over every aspect of his life even after moving out
>>221122916The first part of this movie that takes place in the apartment and the block outside it is 10/10 genuinely hysterical to watch. Rest of the movie didn't live up to that
>>221125728I liked the theatre play and the ending scene too.
>>221125728i know the movie is basically just comically paranoid adhd “i exist to be tortured” intrusive thoughts but yeah i feel like it kinda got less and less blatant and artsier in a way that lost the erratic edge it had at the start.
>>221125860it's an aggressively jewish movie
>>221125860Yeah. It's just so funny how all the chaos and misery only exists to specifically torture him, not in any broader kind of sense. The state of his block specifically is that way to make his life a living hell, the film has no concern for those citizens, they are merely set dressing to make Beau suffer and I love that. There are probably reviews that entirely miss the point of that and just go "ugh it's just so prescient, america is a hell scape right now and THIS reflects it."
>>221125705Beau didn't have a job so he was dependent on his mother.
>>221125911the common theme in aster’s movies is a mysterious jew-like force guiding and prophesying the events of each movie
