>>221161642Pi kind of touches that matter but it's barely a horror
Annihilation (2018) was wild but it's more of an action based thrillerKnowing (2009) with nicholas cage was comfy
The VoidEvent HorizonBanshee Chapter
>>221161642The Colour Out of Space
>>221161642The Void is excellent.
From Beyond
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BI9fKfX5V68How is it that Youtubers consistently make better horror than actual directors?
>>221161879>Banshee ChapterThe premise of this movie is utterly retarded.
>>221161642Ninth Gate. Unironically. Here's a generally helpful list.
>>221161642I've only seen the first one and I liked it a lot, are any of the other TD seasons worth watching? I keep hearing they're really bad.
>>221162121I showed this to my religious friend and I think he really resented me for it lol
>>221162172i've only seen 1 and 4. do not fucking watch 4
>>221162172Season two is kino but its not very good.
>>221162172>a movie based on judeo christian mythology>cosmic horrorbravo>>221161642true detective was a mishmash of liggotian motifs that ended on a ludicrous evangelical sermon, has nothing to do with cosmic horror
>>2211621722nd is an entertaining mess. 3rd is watchable but ultimately lame. Anything after that is run by a psychotic turbofeminist and shouldn't be bothered with. Yes, even the upcoming one with Nic Cage is still by the new terrible showrunner. Yes, I know Nic Cage is cool. No, it won't matter.
>>221162197
>>221161877I'm more of a Next man 2bh
>>221162224These guys really shouldn't have self-inserted themselves as actors. Kind of ruined an otherwise interesting movie.
>>221162172The fuck is TD? Troons Dilating? Write the full names of your shit ass shows and movies.

>>221162224When I was younger we had some errands to do outside, maybe groceries or visiting folks, I don't remember. Anyway before we went I was spying on this movie on the telie for a couple of minutes, and got really pissed off when mom forced me to come as the movie started to become interesting ( I was at the tent scene where one guy is trapped in the shortest time loop in the camp ).It got me real agitated knowing that I wouldn't know what happens and that I won't find out what the name of the movie was or anything. We didn't have internet then, and all I've got in my possession as clues to do my detective work and find the movie later was five minutes of it I stumbled upon before jumping into the family wagon to visit grandma.Years later I find it, watch it, it's all mid and the time loop scene was more intriguing when you don't know anything about the movie than when you're fully exposed to the plot. Greatest disappointment of my life.
>>221162292Are you utterly incapable of gathering information through context?
>>221162309Already played the video game.

>>221162430Here's a video for youhttps://youtu.be/1ObqHBePiOQ
>>221162172Theres little to no actual carry over, its like after the first one the director had heard of the idea of "true detective" and tried to recreate it again
>>221162876>time is a flat circle
>>221161642Aniara for its existential cosmic Horror and that fucking ending....!!!FACT!!!
