Once you apply any level of realism to this (and yes, it's a movie I get it) you realize how convenient a plot device it is: "Hey all of you loser incels going nowhere in life working at the saxophone store, why don't you just date the cute art school hapa chick that's literally right there?! See, it's because you're selfish!" Am I missing something here? Or is the messaging in this film complete horseshit? I'm happily married with kids by the way.
