Why is it that Nolan's Batman films are full of unforgettable quotes, but Zack Snyder's and Matt Reeves' Batman have zero quotable lines?
>>221184943Tell that to Zod's snapped neck
>>221184943>men are brave>do you bleed>if god is all good
martha has to be more quoted than anything bane said

If number of memes and quotability are a measure of quality and popularity, the Star Wars prequels are the best films of the franchise
>>221184943>much more subtle >like a submarine>why so serious>some men just want to watch the world burn>nice coat>of COURSHE>do i look like a guy with a plan>the fire rises>its what i do that defines me>like gravity all it needs is a little push

>>221184943>WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME?
>>221184943>Do you bleed? You willUhh probably another one from bvs. But I don't remember
>>221184943Because Nolan had an interesting approach to the character. The first two films were told in a dynamic style where the action, plot, and symbolism were integrated. Snyder, meanwhile, made his films in the worst possible way: action scene, dialogue, action scene, dialogue. So, you'd have a silly video game punch-up followed by a scene where the characters talk out the story. No pace, tempo, or excitement. As for Reeve's movie, it was made by studio hacks who have less vision than even Snyder, so 90% of it was just repeating the same beats from Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.
