Can't wait to pay $4000 to sit next to really smelly old people in drag. Also why is x so gay about AI?
>>221188694I can't imagine this will be very successful. The Wizard of Oz worked for The Sphere because it is one of the most popular and successful films of all time. You can't replicate that success with a cult film. It's very popular with it's niche fandom, but it is still niche
Is The Room next?
>>221188694Christ, imagine the size of Sarandon's tits
>>221189686Terminally online who hang around on social media too much tend to be creative types, so AI threatens their jobs, especially if they are the type to rely on commissions.>>221189783While you're not necessarily wrong about Oz having a huge boost because of its inherent popularity, keep in mind that this is in Vegas. You've got people shelling out to go to drag and burlesque shows all the time, and there were nightly shows of Evil Dead The Musical and other niche/campy stuff. I think it'll do fine; definitely won't be as popular as Oz, but it'll justify the cost and hold them until whatever movie they do next.
can anyone explain the appeal of drag? i seriously don't get it. it's fucking weird.
>>221188694>The goyslop of the 1970s is now considered untouchable kino because standards have fallen so far
>>221188694The sphere is awesomeStop being poor lol
>>221189974>You've got people shelling out to go to drag and burlesque shows all the time, and there were nightly shows of Evil Dead The Musical and other niche/campy stuff.Yeah, but are they spending around $150 for the cheapest tickets to those things? You could be right, but I have a hard time believing there are enough die hard Rocky Horror fans visiting Vegas on a nightly basis for this to be that successful. I think movies at The Sphere need to have the visual spectacle to justify the experience and have enough mass appeal to attract normie tourists. If I were in charge of programming at The Sphere, I'd be doing everything I can to get the rights to something like Jaws.
>>221188694>boomers love to larp as based trad conservatives>boomers' favorite movie is about trannies and drag-queens
BASED
>>221188694>Giving a shit about this tranny faggot slop
>>221190206ok now this is epic
>>221190248DODGE THIS
>>221189783>>221189974>Spend 100 bucks for an AI clip you could've generated back home.>"Why are people unhappy about this? Sounds like a fair price for a good service to me!"
>>221190257this is that one other dome thing and not the sphere, right? that looks pretty fucking stupid with the frame like that instead of just filling the dome.
>>221189783Bloody Dalit bastard…
>>221190257>>221190206just awful
>>221190257>>221190300Pretty sure that's COSM
>>221190350yeah that's what it's called
>>221190257This isnt The Sphere
>>221190126>are they spending around $150 for the cheapest tickets to those things?Literally yes.
>>221190169I didn’t realize Boomer was a singular person
>>221190257>giant screen>only play movie on a tiny screen
>>221190257now this is what I should have done while on drugs in Vegas instead of gay ass circus soleil.
>>221190350for sports I get it but that's no way to watch a kino
>>221190257This would have been a good idea for VR but that ship has sailed.
>>221190126>but I have a hard time believing there are enough die hard Rocky Horror fans-you could add anything to the end of that sentence and you'd probably be wrong
>>221190402this seems fuckin cool but the tickets seem way too high. i know the tech is expensive but if it's the same price as a ticket for going to the actual fucking event then you can fuck off.
>>221190397absinthe is the show for drugs
>>221188694>AI mentionedREEEEEEEE NOW I AM ANGRY
>>221190456I enjoyed that one, very horny but in the right way.
>>221190388Its the prevailing attitude of the boomer generation. Just like Millennials are avocado eating, onions drinking betas and Zoomers are broccoli-head retards.
>>221190126You are really underestimating how popular Rocky Horror is. That shit sells the fuck out basically anywhere. I live in shitty ass redneck Tennessee and our theater has a showing every Halloween, and it fills completely up, not a seat left in the house. Let alone someplace like Vegas. That shit is gonna print money.
>>22119042510,000 to 20,000 of them? This isn't an occassional late night screening at a theatre. This is almost daily with the capacity of a stadium.
>>221189945This anon fully grasps the implications of this new technology. I used to have to pause the VHS tape when she had her tits out but Tim Curry wasn't in frame to whack off. Also I uses to mute the volume during Tje Nanny and goon to Fran Fine.
>>221190517It's classic Americana at this point
>>221190517the sphere has a capacity of 20k. i am leaning on your side that it would probably be able to sell out but i wouldn't say doubters are completely wrong.
>>221190306this is bad why exactly
>>221190517>I live in shitty ass redneck Tennessee and our theater has a showing every Halloween, and it fills completely up, not a seat left in the house.I have no doubt it still has the popularity for something like that. Like I said here >>221190523 , it's not comparable to The Sphere. We're in the middle of June and The Wizard of Oz has nearly 500 shows from now until the end of the year.
