Godzilla vs Mothra is pretty lame, vs Mechagodzilla II is just okay and Godzilla vs Spacegodzilla is kinda shit and halfbaked (but has some fun elements). The rest are worth watching if you like Godzilla. But there is a continuity so might as well watch them all in order.

Biollante is good looking at times but has a convoluted plot that's made worse by the unbearable engrish, and you can't even cope by watching the english dub because it's terrible anyway.
Also Destoroyah is way more fun to me.
