I listen to this.

I mean, it was on a torrent with 100 movie soundtracks and I independently realized it is kino. Not because the podcaster mentioned it, or /tv/ where I get the rest of my culture https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHRLoVmPeLU

oh SHIT!

Excellent movie.
Like every movie that has Christian Slater, but that's besides the point.
>>
>>221222112
how do you feel about the wizard and gleaming the cube?
>>
>>221222193
I forgot Slater was in The Wizard. Young Slater career for me started with Heathers and Pump Up the Volume.
Will have to rewatch.

I like Slater, but he is no kino machine. He never detracts, but he's rarely enough to elevate schlock to kino on his own. No, Broken Arrow is great because it's John Woo at his most outlandish, and Slater is also outclassed by Travolta in this one anyway, who steals every scene he is in.
>tries to stare down a nuclear warhead coming straight at him
Awesome.

Face/off would like a word with you.

Hard disagree. Also
>Slater is also outclassed by Travolta in this one anyway, who steals every scene he is in.
Travolta in broken arrow is just hamming it up big time. His performance is ridiculous. Which is entertaining in its own way, sure, but by no means good.

>>221222647
Yeah, I love Face/Off so much, I sometimes forget how silly it actually is.
>>
>>221222647
I see you and raise you Hard Target.

It's crazy how a humble 90s action blockbuster like Broken Arrow puts the majority of MCU movies to shame, despite the fact that it received a lot of negative reviews when it was new. Something has been lost, no doubt.

It's doubly funny, because he's saying that to a park ranger.
>>
>>221223772
Yeah I liked how they turned that around, in the 90’s anyone wearing a white lab coat and glasses were just fodder.

I was always a fan of Bruce Lee movies
