I don't think you can make a good James Bond film anymore. Pretty much all of the good Connery films, the first 4, are all>Cold open where Bond does some cool stunt like using a jetpack or flies a jet>Bond goes to exotic location>like 10 mins just showing the location>some 20 min scene showing a local parade or gypsies dancing>climax is 30 mins of 200 dudes fighting under water. The good Moore film and Brosnan films follow this formula, but also have thawing relations with the Russians, the end of the cold war and the transfer of hong kong and the jewish media trying to start shit in the background. The Craig films kind of truncated the the stunt stuff making it just like the chase in casino royal and that mexican parade in the one film in the opening and then do a lot of cgi sloppa instead of actual stunt work. like they don't want to do the travelogue shit since that shit is accessible via youtube. The Craig films and a lot of the bad older films also suck because they try to use Spectre too much. Most of the good films, Dr. No, From Russia with Love, The Spy Who Loved Me, Goldeneye and Tomorrow Never Dies acknowledge the political realities of the world at the time. None of the Craig films do that because muh china, the most you get is >the cold war is over 007, you're oldwhich they've been doing since fucking Goldeneye. Even the good films that are about spectre have some kind of political theming in it. Dr. No has tensions between the US and Russia over the space stuff, Thunderball has muh nukes and Goldfinger has muh fort knox and muh nukes and muh inflation
