Its a town with no social services, closing businesses, derelict community centers, failing hospitals, crowded trains, garbage piling up, strikes and protests, escapist TV, as well as crime ridden streets.The second movie continue the tour to tackle the medias response to crime, fame whores, misguided revolutionary movements, corrupt prisons, misdiagnosis, and broken courts. It ends with him being set up by actual criminals and being killed by somebody who was actually psychotic in the daylight.
