>Still performing well on streaming three years after it ended and nine years after it lost the plot.Imagine how big it could have been if it came out during the peak streaming age with a decent budget and marketing.
>>221242422Snyder should have gone with him as The Flash>B-but he wants to play Spider-ManShut the fuck up Grant Gustin
>>221242422I hate capeshit, only ever seen iron man 1 and the raimi spidermans when they came out. 2017 my friends put this show on and I couldn't believe that I enjoyed it. ended up watching it on my own. seasons 1-4 we're great. I stopped watching the season rubberman got stuck in some glass dimension or some shit. he was funny, shame he got cancelled. still hate capeshit but I guess it's more palatable on tv instead of when it was clogging the box office, which is the reason studios shifted their focus to IP. the effects are still there even though the capeshit boom is over.
>>221242422I really enjoyed the first season 1. No wonder since it was a plot of a film re-written into a TV format.
>>221242422You said nothing about better writing, so probably not that much more.
>>221242422Inexplicably as the show went on it became more of a sappy drama like Arrow. If it had become even more ridiculous and comedic it would've been more enjoyable. Season 1 is genuinely good, tho.
>>221242494Snyder is a braindead libtard who needed to subvert Flash by casting tranny.
>>221242422>Imagine how big it could have been if it came out during the peak streaming age with a decent budget and marketing.>budget and marketing. The main issue with the show wasn't the budget or marketing. It was the writing. The same CW-teenage-drama BS. That is what held the show back. That being said, it got over 180 episodes.I loved the first two seasons. Especially with how it crossed over with Arrow. Some DC fans were let down by the DCEU. The DC shows on the CW helped lessen the pain.
>>221242422The flash s1 is one of the best hero media ever created, it sadly falls gradually after that though
>>221242494He's too old to be Spider-Man now.
