You could argue its understandable, given the stress of both the wedding and getting a bomb dropped on him in the form of hearing that his wife-to-be almost did a school shooting when she was a kid, but at the end of the day he still chose to do all those things, including kissing and almost fucking his (surprisingly accepting) co-worker.
