As far as I remember you can write with anything, (hence toothpick and blood), any size, etc. it only has to be legible. I don't see how a stamp violates this. So I don't see how this would either if you were getting a computer to actually figure out the names:

The only catch with getting a computer involved, in which case you can use IF/THEN conditions, (very desirable), is you still have to visualise the person's face as you do it, so it can't really decide on its own to kill someone - plus maybe you have to be actually holding the writing implement, so you can't have a totally automated Kira.

For the stamp idea you could make the stamp and small circular cutout of the Death Note page, so have a very small, pre-determined, single time use push button device. Light could conceal one in each button on his suit if he were smart enough, tie clip, etc. completely sealed and looking like nothing but a normal suit button, get through airport x-rays and searches. The heart attacks are attributed to the COVID Vaccines, the justice system spends all its resources cracking down on "far right conspiracy theories" (like irl) than actually trying to deal with the problem. I've been reading the manga for the first time after seeing the anime 15 years ago, and it's really interesting how different the tone is. It's very unromantic I guess I'd describe it. I couldn't hear Low of Solipsism reading any chapter. The pacing is too fast, and it never stops to think about the emotional ramifications of such an awesome power on society.
