I thought it was surprisingly kino, I hadn’t heard of it and watched the whole thing over the last few days. I think showing the flashback could’ve gone much much worse, but it still seriously sucked the momentum and tension out of the plot. They were doing a great job of drip feeding island background info before that episode. I got some seriously good laughs out of the rest of the season though, even if the flashback sucked the wind/suspense out of the plot.First season was a solid 8/10 to me, hope it flys under the radar for another season or two so the creators just keep doing what they’re doing.
