Almost 1000 days sober. Life is a bit more boring now but a bunch more manageable which I guess in your 30s is completely fine.I work, lift and see friends on the weekend now and just have a few NAs. I've dropped probably 140 or so lbs since I quit drinking and lift all of the time now. Had to ditch the friends who just want to sit around getting black out and playing mario kart all weekend. Hoping to lose another 15 lbs and hit a 200lb OHP by the end of year, I'd say my physical health is what keeps me sober.
