Edibles take forever to kick in, and when they finally do, I still have to try not to think of anything negative (though it's easier) or else I spiral back into the negative thoughts. And then once they start wearing off, I spiral more than usual. It also sucks because even though it usually takes two full hours to take effect, it takes like six for that post peak high spiral to wear off. If I take it closer to sleeping that takes care of that but it still sucks that it can't do for me what it seems to do for so many others.
