Yes and no. Apparently some Asgardians connect to an outside power source, for their abilities. As if, they have a touch of cosmic power or divinity.

Odin says they're just long lived people, in one movie, and then calls Thor a god in another.

MCU doesn't really care about Thor continuity and lore. Nor any of the cosmic characters. The High Evolutionary says there's no God, and then says to his minions, to attack Nowhere and refers to it as a head of a dead god. Gods are killable, God's are unkillable, Eternity sits above everyone except maybe the Celestials who might be on par...MCU divine landscape is garbled nonsense.
