Furthermore, it's established that a significant portion of the world are super-assassins themselves, waiting for a text message in their gigantic, world-wide assassin's group chat to mobilize them. We're talking so many assassins you can basically activate the entire city of New York. We're talking so many assassins that you can walk up to a homeless person literally at random and be confident that they are, in fact, an assassin. Half the extras in JW4 are probably assassins on their way to their day jobs, looking at all the gunfire like "oh boy I'm glad I took today off from assassination." The sheer volume of assassins has got to reduce the number of actual, innocent witnesses to near-zero. And that's discounting the fact that most of the police are likely also assassins.The world of John Wick 4 is basically a fever dream where the only game in town is being an assassin and almost every other entity in the world is either assassin-adjacent or a front for something assassin-related.
