5/5 for the intention and the unique concept
3/5 for execution, would maybe be 3,5-4/5 with a better cut
Some scenes are stupid or too lengthy, dialogue/monologue is often spoon-feeding, pacing leans too much to the last third of the film when the first hour doesn't really do much interesting stuff to set it up.

Yeah it could have been done better but it's the first full movie ever with this exact setting, to my knowledge. The judge and family scenes, which are clipped most on X and so on, are fair enough to give it a 3/5. The first hour has just bad scenes going on for too long and the police trap or how it plays out is ridiculous and there just because Uwe thought it was cool and it's his movie. Some of the stuff feel very disconnected but I guess he just wanted a conflicting character with many shades. So when shitlibs who obviously hate this movie write "the character is completely amoral" they are correct.

At first they spent parts of the movie establishing he thinks the punishment should fit the crime and he's not just an outright serial killer. Like, the young thugs only get their arms broken for stealing/attempted robbery, not getting outright killed, and the men who tried to drug women at the bar, he just leaves them there and then leaves. Now, these choices might not even be the most "moral" because it might be the people mentioned just continue their socipathic behavior after they have time to heal, who knows.

Then towards the end of the movie, he just flips an innocent driver off the road for no reason and feels superior that the driver probably died.

Some people also might say that he kills dozens of cops just for fun because they don't back off after warning and keep running into his machine gun fire, which is a fucking stupid scene either way. But I mean, he could have set up some automated turrets and still left the trap while making his escape to make it more clever.

If people want to watch a "non-political" movie like this (well it is political but no race motive), A Law Abiding Citizen exists, however that movie far more cruel imo. The movie in op stayed away from any kind of torture or anything iirc or maybe taking people hostage is psychological torture but you probably get what I mean. But spoilers even ALC is not a 5/5 masterpiece because it drops the ball at the end when the twist is not that clever and the "good" must win and they were forced to change the ending I heard.

The most unrealistic alternative universe thing in the movie is that the media is shown working really hard to tell about what rapefugees have done and providing commentary if this whole thing has been a mistake. It can maybe be argued that the vigilante in the movie is just so powerful he has already bent the media to his will but I doubt that. All the news broadcasts and news anchor are like amateur podcasters eager to tell you about rapefugee crime and say immigration bad. Really. Meanwhile in real life they might sometimes mass dump articles where they tell the truth about who did what and use statistics and don't 110% say whites are to blame because racism. Then they go back to vague articles like "adults are now recruiting underaged boys to do crime" ok which adults, which boys, which kind of crime.

it seems the guy also wants bad judges killed because he kills three of them too (two off-screen) so they at least thought for 15 minutes while writing the script and not only going after criminal rapefugees. but yeah he specifically says he hates "muslims and woke left" which is something I guess even if some people would have liked him to list more parties.

the whole movie seems pretty 2016 in a way because the rapefugee case that inspires the movie happened back then and people were still mostly anti-muslim. that ship has sailed and people are just calling for all non-europeans to be deported

Yeah the movie has hardly any actual bad violence and the most real looking parts might be the attempted robbery and the rape flashback. The very first minutes of the movie where the woman gets throat cut and the child is forced to watch is not really filmed in that believable matter, but it's still something that happens irl all the time.

I had some suspense at the judge kidnapping scene with the long drive that okay what's he going to do to this guy and then he just slits the wrist which was anticlimatic. I don't think it needed a 15 minute torture scene but like if he burned the car with judge in it, it would have burned all the evidence linking back to him, because the framed suicide was such a shitty frame up with his fingerprints all over the place.

The family scene is pretty alright, it's believable enough for me that they would comply because they believe they might not get killed even if they eventually do so it's kind of terrifying. I kind of don't like that people clipped that scene and post it everywhere because it's the most well done of these scenes.

Yeah dunno how much the actors get to know about the final product, but for example the young wannabe gangster probably just got to know what they need to know about the movie and the theme is vigilantism, not necessarily that they will end up in a "nazi movie".
