>>221368636A movie about a black cop from the city who has to go to the country undercover to track down villian who is going to use the Y2K crisis to steal money from a bank. During this time the black cop teaches the white people to rap and do black things. There is a wise old white lady who helps the cop win the affection of the local female sherrif. At the end the villian is subdued, the guy gets the girl and as the cop leaves the country, you play rap music as you leave the town but at the end, the old white woman (whose hair has been a mess the entire film) waves to the hero but she has corn rows in her hair.
