They based it on a Supergirl comic that really only works if your a comic nerd and actually read it; it does not work in a movie format, especially a James Gunn quirky chungus movie, which it the exact opposite of the source material. Millie is attractive, but not Supergirl attractive. You combine those two and you get a Supergirl that is the opposite of what a normie (and most comic nerd) audience expect. Its basically a girl failure movie. Its not a superhero movice, and its not an anti-hero movie. The only possible reason you would root for her is if you sympathize with the plight of Krypto.Beyond that, pretty much every aspect of the film sucks.
