>Tomorrow Never Dies>Has well shot and sensible action scenes>The World is Not Enough>Terrible action scenes with terrible editing with no sense of pacing or locationshttps://youtu.be/Ll60zGmZK0s?t=261JUDO CHOPI don't know if this is the worst Bond movie action scene (I haven't seen all of them), but good god is this horrible. I haven't rewatched it in years (read: the 90s), but this scene struck me with how fucking bad it was, especially compared to some Tomorrow Never Dies scenes I rewatched, where it felt like logic and location dictated the action.
Yeah, but it's the best theme song.
>>221382991Tomorrow Never Dies was absolute trash. The World is Not Enough is 100 times better, and easily in the top half of Bond movies.
>>221382991i think it's agreed that brosnan's era is fucked by the emphasis on not very good action scenes. the exception being the 10 minutes in the middle of goldeneye where he just blasts everythingthe shootout at the harbor in TWINE is significantly worse than yours though, that's genuinely confusing and way too long. i still prefer it to TND though.
>>221383128>>221383201https://youtu.be/SG4fW9_yJcYSurprised. You don't think the printing press scene is better than stuff in TWINE?
>>221382991for having such a renowned acronym, TND was a massively disappointing movie
>>221383128The parking garage chase is a top 5 Bond scene though.
>>221383028Goldeneye, TND, and TWINE all have great themesongs.
>>221383324>>221383328printing press scene and even the hotel scene (both the weird assassin and garage chase) are fun, but i was pretty underwhelmed by TND. feels like a huge step down from goldeneye, apparently the broccoli's really thought they could do a film every other year like they did with moore and had to learn the hard way by cutting corners with TND.
