There are a bunch of general green text stories that could be made on a less than 10m budget and end up at least at decent movies that become cult classics if done right. Hollywood is allergic to not money laundering a shit ton of money and especially letting random passionate people make these little movies that would appeal to smaller groups of people but still make back their budgets easily
